Twin Peaks Dispensary - Yuma Way

This is a medical and recreational dispensary located at 900 South Hover Street Unit Longmont, Colorado.  When heading North on I-25 take exit 240 for CO-119 W toward Firestone/Longmont. Turn left onto CO-119 (signs for Longmont). Turn right onto Nelson Road.  Twin Peaks is located on the corner of Nelson Road and South Hover Street.

The city of Longmont began in an unusual way. Back in 1870, a group of Chicago businessmen decided to start a new town in Colorado. They sold memberships in this new town they called the “Chicago-Colorado Colony.” The money raised paid for 60,000 carefully chosen northern Colorado acres of land for a town site and nearby farms. They planned the town, and brought the people, lumber and building materials to the barren site. By the summer of 1871 they had built a small town and named it “Longmont,” in honor of “Longs Peak,” the mountain formation they could clearly see from town.  Longmont is considered a gateway to the Rocky Mountains.
